We aim to keep the process for design and delivery of your Evacuation Plans as simple as possible. All we require is a copy of your floor plans that have been marked up to show the locations of the fire equipment you need on the plans, fire exits, evacuation aids and your assembly point.
From this we will design a template to suit your requirements, draft the floor plans and add the required evacuation text and icons.
You will be kept informed as the project progresses and be given the opportunity to review and feedback changes at key points.
Design Package :
- Design templates that meet your requirements in layout and design;
- Use of internationally recognised and adopted fire equipment symbols;
- Identification of fire equipment and fire exits;
- All floor plans redrawn and simplified for improved legibility;
- One, unique evacuation plan for each guest room;
- You are here marker for every plan;
- Simplified colour usage to aid easy evacuation;
- Symbols legend identifying all icons;
- Evacuation routes clearly identified; and
- Inclusion of any corporate logos and / or branding.
Print Package :
- All completed plans laser printed at A4, full colour;
- All completed plans also supplied as .pdf; and
- Delivery of all printed signage.
Add Ons :
- Site surveys to gather fire equipment details;
- Site surveys to update / produce CAD plans;
- Insert plan showing assembly point(s);
- Print mounting onto 1mm or 3mm Foamex boards; and
- Face mounting of plans onto clear acrylic panels.
